Using Pact

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use Pact only for lawful purchases. You are responsible for plans and invitations you create.

Group plans and shares

A plan records an intended group purchase and divides its total using the group size chosen by the creator. Amounts may change when the plan or membership changes. Review your displayed share before authorising payment.

Payments and refunds

Payment processing may be provided by third parties. Charges, authorisations, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the displayed plan terms and the merchant’s policies.

Availability

We work to keep Pact reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or suspend features to protect users, comply with law, or maintain the service.

Account closure

You may stop using Pact or delete your account from Profile. We may restrict accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these terms.
